Why do I have two shipments for one order?
Some products on the website are handmade and shipped from Western Australia, and some products are made to order and fulfilled by a third party.
Each product listing will disclose if it is handmade by me, or made to order. If you have any questions regarding your order please reach out to me.
Do you offer returns?
If the product is unused, unopened and in resell-able condition I do accept returns. You will need to pay for return shipping and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Custom fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, including duties and tariffs, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are beyond Taurus Thunder's control. Any applicable fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery or collection. Orders that have been refused and returned due to unpaid fees will not have shipping costs refunded.
